We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Ignitis Polska team where you’ll be responsible for strengthening the sales team with your knowledge and experience and take over some of the day-to-day responsibilities. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
Working with the sales department to achieve sales targets
Analyzing of sales data and preparing of reports
Monitoring the effectiveness of sales activities
Entering and updating data in systems
Taking care of customer switching process
Keeping sales records
Coordinating communication between customers and other company departments
Handling customer inquiries and complaints
Preparing of informational materials for customers
University degree or equivalent
2+ years of experience in sales or analytical position in a trading company
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quality and timeliness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Polish and English languages
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (primarily Excel)
