Our frontend engineers ship pixel-perfect, component-driven interfaces using React and Next.js—optimizing for speed, accessibility, and scalability across global user bases. Role & Responsibilities
Architect and implement complex UIs using React and Next.js with TypeScript, ensuring maintainability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Lead frontend feature development—translating Figma/Adobe XD designs into responsive, accessible, and interactive components with reusable patterns.
Optimize Core Web Vitals and SEO through SSR/ISR strategies, code-splitting, dynamic imports, and performance auditing.
Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API) and handle real-time updates via WebSockets or SSE.
Champion frontend testing culture using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress—ensuring 90%+ test coverage for critical flows.
Mentor junior engineers, define UI component libraries, and enforce code quality via ESLint, Prettier, and CI/CD pipelines.
