Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Medical Laboratory Scientist at GRG Health. The Medical Laboratory Scientist will provide scientific and technical expertise to support healthcare market research projects, including interpreting laboratory data, reviewing clinical and diagnostic information, and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of medical insights. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing laboratory workflows, validating data quality, supporting pathology and laboratory medicine-related studies, and collaborating with analysts to translate laboratory findings into actionable intelligence for clients. The role also involves contributing to quality control standards, documenting methodologies, and staying current with advances in medical technology and laboratory practices to inform research initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills.
Candidates should possess expertise in Laboratory Medicine and Pathology.
Candidates should possess experience in Quality Control within clinical or research laboratory settings.
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Pathology, or a related field.
Prior experience in clinical laboratories, diagnostic centers, or healthcare research environments.
Ability to interpret and analyze complex laboratory data with attention to accuracy and detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting scientific insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort working independently in a remote setting and collaborating virtually with cross-functional, global teams.
Familiarity with digital tools, data management systems, and basic statistics applied to laboratory and clinical data.
