Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Software Engineer role based in Noida. The Lead Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and applications, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability. Responsibilities include leading the technical design of features, reviewing code, mentoring engineers, and enforcing best practices in software development and architecture. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, managing technical risks, and driving continuous improvement in development processes, testing, and deployment. The Lead Software Engineer will also contribute to technology choices, performance optimization, and documentation of systems and workflows.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience in Software Development and Programming using modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar).
Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, including API design, integration, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and designing modular, maintainable software architectures.
Experience leading engineering teams, providing technical guidance, and conducting code and design reviews.
Familiarity with databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud or server infrastructure.
Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively with product, QA, and other stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
