About the Role
EAX Media is looking for a Google Ads Executive to support the management, optimization, and quality control of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, and performance.
Perform keyword research and negative keyword optimization.
Create and refine ad copy using AI-assisted tools.
Monitor key PPC metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
Assist with campaign setup, quality checks, and account hygiene.
Prepare and maintain PPC performance reports using Google Sheets/Excel.
Identify campaign issues and follow established optimization processes.
Ensure ads, keywords, and landing pages are aligned with search intent.
Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC/Digital Marketing.
Practical understanding of Google Ads campaign structure and optimization.
Basic knowledge of keyword match types, negative keywords, bidding, conversion tracking, and PPC metrics.
Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel.
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
Good English communication and writing skills.
Google Ads Certification is a plus.
