Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credit Analyst role for CA freshers based in Gurugram. The Credit Analyst will assess SME clients’ creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, cash flows, business models, and industry risks. Responsibilities include preparing credit appraisal notes, recommending appropriate credit limits and structures, and monitoring portfolio performance and repayment behavior. The role involves close coordination with relationship managers, operations, and risk teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing. The Credit Analyst will also support ongoing process improvements, maintain documentation in line with company policies, and adhere to internal risk and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate risk and recommend suitable credit structures.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and financial analysis capabilities, including interpreting balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to present credit findings and interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance, including knowledge of lending products, risk concepts, and SME financing.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher or recent graduate, with up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools; familiarity with credit scoring or risk assessment frameworks is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases within tight timelines.
Interest in SME lending and willingness to learn within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
