Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced corporate trainer to design and deliver a practical, hands-on Generative AI training program for enterprise employees onsite at our client's campus in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in utilizing multiple Large Language Models (LLMs), optimizing developer workflows via specialized environments (Claude Workspace/Anthropic API), and integrating OpenAI/GitHub Copilot into enterprise software development pipelines.
This role requires a practitioner who can translate complex AI capabilities into daily, measurable productivity gains for both technical developers and non-technical business units.
Core Responsibilities
Deliver a structured, interactive onsite training program tailored to enterprise teams at client campuses in Chennai and Hyderabad.
Teach developers how to configure and utilize the Claude Workspace environment for software development.
Train engineering teams on maximizing OpenAI Codex/GitHub Copilot for legacy code refactoring, debugging, and code generation.
Educate general business employees on daily productivity tools (automation, data synthesis, and administrative workflows).
Lead live lab sessions, code-alongs, and hands-on troubleshooting exercises.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in technical training, instructional design, or developer relations, with a strong focus on AI tools.
Technical Skills: Proficient with Anthropic’s ecosystem (Claude Workspace/API), OpenAI Codex/GitHub Copilot, and open-source/commercial LLM comparison frameworks.
Enterprise Knowledge: Clear understanding of data privacy, prompt security, and enterprise deployment constraints.
Location & Availability: Open to trainers based in Chennai or Hyderabad (local trainers will be prioritized). Must be available for onsite delivery at the client’s campus.
Commercials & Logistics
Trainer Rates: Interested trainers are requested to submit their commercial proposal with per-hour training rates (INR) along with their profile.
Travel & Logistics: Travel and accommodation expenses will be provided for travel between delivery locations if required.
