Title: Spare Parts Management and RMA/RTV

Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Manage spare parts inventory across depots, including stock levels, GIT, and
part wise demand analysis.
2.
Manage RMA/RTV processes end to end, including Oracle sales orders and closures
with vendors and factories.
3.
Raise Purchase Requisitions for ASF and spares procurement, coordinating with
vendors and factories for timely supply.
4.
Create and manage Return and Scrap Sales Orders in Oracle for various business
divisions.
5.
Own spare parts master data, including SKU creation, location creation, and
norm creation/amendments.
6.
Manage ASF and transfer price lists, coordinating with costing, procurement,
and vendor teams on pricing.
7.
Handle NFA and approval processes for spares related costs, coordinating with
the costing team.
8.
Drive the CRM Inventory module rollout, including vendor/IT coordination,
process mapping, UAT, and field training.
9.
Own inventory data accuracy in the CRM post go live, and prepare key MIS
reports (stock, GIT, pendency, cancellations).
10.
Coordinate across Service, Factory, Procurement, Accounts, and Logistics teams
to resolve spare availability and RTV issues.
Given point 8 above, prior hands-on CRM experience
(implementation, configuration, or super user level) is a must have, along with
a spares/inventory background
