This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager based in Spain.
This role is an opportunity to turn ambitious marketing priorities into measurable, sustainable growth for a fast-moving B2B SaaS business.
You will work closely with senior commercial leadership while partnering across Sales, Product, Content, Design, Events, and Engineering.
The position combines hands-on growth execution with strategic ownership across paid acquisition, SEO, AEO, product marketing, and content.
You will identify new opportunities, test growth hypotheses, analyze performance, and decide where to scale, optimize, or stop.
You will directly influence inbound demand, pipeline generation, conversion, product launches, and market positioning.
