Athwart AI Tech Private Limited is an AI-first medical travel operations platform, headquartered in Gurugram, India.
We connect referring doctors and healthcare facilitator (HCF) partners across Africa, the Middle East and South Asia with India's leading hospitals. When a patient needs treatment abroad, our partners bring the case to us — and Athwart carries it through: case intake, clinical summaries, specialist opinions, treatment proposals, visa invitation letters, arrival and admission coordination, and transparent partner payouts.
We build and own our entire platform. Our CRM, billing, reconciliation and payout systems run on a modern stack — TypeScript, React, Supabase and serverless functions — with every rule written down in a knowledge base before it is built. Next, we are putting an AI assistant on WhatsApp so partners can reach everything Athwart knows by text, document or voice note, and get answers from our records in seconds.
