Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Team Lead role based in North Delhi. The Project Team Lead will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management for ICT and enterprise infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, security, and performance standards. The role involves regular stakeholder communication, risk identification and mitigation, and preparation of status reports and documentation. The Project Team Lead will also mentor team members, support process improvements, and collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Experience leading technical teams in ICT, enterprise networks, data centers, or related infrastructure projects.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities, manage dependencies, and drive timely, high-quality delivery.
Solid understanding of IT and telecommunications concepts; familiarity with enterprise networking, data center, or AV integration is an advantage.
Proficiency in using project management tools and collaboration platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring, conflict resolution, and team motivation.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) are a plus.
Ability to work on-site in North Delhi and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
