This is not a role for someone looking to build their own aesthetic. It is a role for a designer who finds the highest creative challenge in restraint: one who understands a brand so thoroughly that every asset feels inevitable, never arbitrary.
You will work directly with the Creative Strategist and Marketing Manager, producing the full stream of brand content across digital and print, to an uncompromising luxury standard.
What You Will Do:
Design social media content across formats and platforms, maintaining brand consistency at every touchpoint
Build email newsletters and marketing communications that balance visual hierarchy with brand voice
Produce website assets, banners and digital collateral aligned to the brand's visual language
Design lookbooks and catalogues to print-ready standard
Develop print materials, including event collateral and exhibition assets
Work within established brand guidelines across every format, without exception
What We Are Looking For:
3 to 5 years of graphic design experience with brands/agencies
Experience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail design is an advantage.
Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create refined, brand-aligned visual assets.
Branding expertise, including visual identity development, brand guidelines, and consistent application across materials.
Experience in Multimedia content creation, including static and motion graphics for digital and social platforms.
Skills in Web Design, with an understanding of responsive layouts, user experience, and digital storytelling, especially towards Newsletters
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, motion tools a plus, & Canva).
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Flux, Nano Banana Pro, Kling O1, Higgsfield, Envato, etc
Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury or premium brand work, attention to detail, and a refined aesthetic.
Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent visual communication skills.
Mumbai-based or open to periodic in-person collaboration
