Role Description The Architect will work on-site full time at Aarsh Design Studio in Nagpur, contributing to projects from concept development through detailed design and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, developing design concepts, coordinating with consultants, and supporting site supervision to ensure design intent is maintained. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, refine design solutions, and provide design presentations and documentation. The Architect will also assist in project planning, tracking progress against timelines, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and quality guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and specifications.
Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools or BIM workflows is an advantage.
Competence in Project Management, including planning tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and visualization tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification; valid professional registration or eligibility is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, consultants, and colleagues.
Ability to work on-site in Nagpur and manage multiple projects or tasks within deadlines.
