Role Description
We are looking for a creative, versatile and trend-aware graphic & video designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual communication. This is a full-time, on-site role, to work for our school & our other ventures, based at Sodala, Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day responsibilities include editing promotional and educational videos, creating short-form content for online channels, collaborating with academic and marketing teams, and preparing files for production or publishing.
The role also involves managing multiple design projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining organized asset libraries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, take constructive feedback, and work to clear deadlines.
Required tools & skillset: Must have relevant degree/diploma & candidate must be proficient working with
Graphic: Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign
Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
Strong understanding of storytelling, transitions, music, sound, colour grading & visual aesthetics, typography, colour, layout & composition
Knowledge of current/trending design and social media trends
Creative ability to develop original concepts, not just templates
Experience creating social media creatives, short videos, reels, and basic motion graphics.
Experience: 1–3+ Years Preferred
