About the Role
MIS Group is a GCC-focused integrated marketing and events agency with offices in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dubai. We're looking for a Qatar-based Multimedia Designer to own content creation for three automotive brands. You'll shoot, edit and design each brand's monthly social media content, and help plan the content calendars that drive it.
The role is remote, but you need to live in Qatar. You'll regularly be on location at showrooms, events, vehicle launches and outdoor shoots to capture content firsthand.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Produce monthly social media content for three automotive brands: short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), static posts, carousels and stories.
Shoot photo and video in person at showrooms, dealership events, test drives, launches and lifestyle locations across Qatar.
Edit video from raw footage to final cut, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles and platform-specific formatting.
Design graphics, animated assets and templates that follow each brand's guidelines.
Create bilingual (English/Arabic) visuals and adapt layouts correctly for right-to-left text.
Social Media Calendars
Work with the account team to build and maintain monthly content calendars for all three brands.
Suggest creative concepts, content series and trend-driven ideas that fit each brand's positioning.
Align content with key dates, including model launches, offers, Ramadan, Eid, Qatar National Day and seasonal campaigns.
Deliver on schedule and manage revision rounds efficiently.
Brand and Quality Management
Keep a distinct visual identity for each brand while working across all three at the same time.
Build and organize asset libraries, templates and raw footage archives.
Stay current on automotive content trends, platform algorithm changes and competitor activity in the Qatar and GCC markets.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Multimedia Designer, Video Editor or Content Creator, ideally in an agency.
Strong portfolio showing both video editing and graphic design. Automotive or lifestyle work is a strong plus.
Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. CapCut and Canva are a bonus.
Hands-on camera skills: shooting video and photography, lighting and composition. Gimbal and drone experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, YouTube and LinkedIn formats and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines on your own in a remote setup.
Based in Qatar with a valid residency permit.
Valid Qatar driving license and willingness to travel within Qatar for shoots.
Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
Nice to Have
Experience with automotive clients or dealership marketing in the GCC.
Motion graphics and 3D skills, such as vehicle reveals and spec animations.
Your own camera equipment.
Basic copywriting ability for captions and on-screen text.
