2. The Curio Table — an experience-led dining concept that brings together food, science, arts and immersive experiences, where the table becomes a space for curiosity and discovery.
From music performances and workshops to yoga, pottery, and community gatherings — we are creating living ecosystems, not just venues.
Role Overview
As the Community & Event Lead, you will be responsible for conceptualising, building, managing and growing all community and event initiatives across the company’s brands and verticals.
This role combines:
· community building
· event strategy & execution
· partnerships & collaborations

· hospitality-driven relationship management
You will work closely with the founders, operations teams, creative teams and external collaborators to create experiences that strengthen brand affinity, engagement and long-term community relationships.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
A. Community Building & Engagement
· Build and nurture meaningful communities around Namma Ashram and The Curio Table
· Develop strategies to increase repeat engagement, participation and brand affinity
· Create and manage community touchpoints across:
o workshops
o performances
o art gatherings
o dining experiences
o cultural events
o member circles
o collaborations
· Maintain strong relationships with artists, creators, facilitators, wellness practitioners, musicians, brands and collaborators
B. Event Planning & Execution
· Lead end-to-end planning and execution of all events and experiences
· Identify and onboard artists, facilitators, and collaborators
· Manage:
o event calendars
o bookings
o scheduling
o vendor coordination
o logistics
o hospitality
o on-ground execution
· Ensure seamless guest experience and operational coordination during events
· Create scalable event formats aligned with each brand’s identity and positioning
C. Partnerships & Collaborations
· Identify and build strategic collaborations with:
o artists
o creators
o wellness practitioners
o communities
o brands
o corporates
o educational institutions
· Build recurring and high-quality community partnerships that strengthen ecosystem growth
D. Revenue & Business Growth Support
· Support growth of revenue streams related to:
o workshops
o performances
o space rentals
o community events
o collaborations
o curated experiences
· Track event performance, occupancy, participation and feedback
· Continuously improve programming quality and community engagement
E. Brand Experience & Hospitality
· Ensure all events and experiences reflect the ethos, aesthetics and hospitality standards of the brands
· Coordinate closely with operations, culinary and creative teams for smooth execution
· Help curate experiences that are immersive, memorable and differentiated
F. Communication & Coordination
· Work closely with the marketing team for:
o communication
o promotions
o social media coverage
o storytelling
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution across all functions
Who We’re Looking For
2-3 years of experience of conducting & managing events / artist networks / venues
Comfortable building partnerships with artists, creators, and people
Knows how to do event & experiential marketing
Willing to roll up sleeves and get things done
Strong ownership mindset (no “this is not my job”)
Can handle chaos calmly during live events
Good to Have
Skilled in at least one ares among art, music, theatre, dance, literature, or any other creative field
Basic understanding of sound setups / event logistics
