With partnerships with more than 100 schools across India, STEMx runs in-school STEM programs that integrate robotics, coding, 3D printing, electronics, and drones into the curriculum. The founders have spent over seven years collaborating with parents, teachers, schools, and governments to design playful and impactful STEM experiences.
Role Description The STEM Educator is a full-time, on-site role based in Shikarpur. The educator will design and deliver engaging STEM lessons focused on robotics, coding, electronics, 3D printing, and related technologies for K–12 learners. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and guiding students through hands-on projects. The role involves assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. The STEM Educator will also collaborate with other educators and school staff to align STEM activities with curriculum goals and participate in training sessions and events organized by STEMx.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience delivering STEM concepts to K–12 students.
Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and Training, including creating structured, age-appropriate learning modules.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas in an accessible and engaging way.
Experience or interest in hands-on STEM domains such as robotics, coding, 3D printing, electronics, and drones.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM fields, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical teaching experience.
Ability to facilitate interactive, project-based learning and manage diverse classroom groups in an on-site setting.
Comfort using educational technology and learning platforms to support instruction and student engagement.
Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices and continuous professional development.
