Lead a multi-team AI and Analytics organization responsible for building scalable AI platforms, conversational analytics, self-service analytics, and enterprise BI solutions. Drive strategy, architecture, delivery, and organizational growth while managing managers and globally distributed teams

Responsibilities
Lead the development of Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms, including reusable AI agents, orchestration, and governance.
Own conversational analytics, self-service analytics, and enterprise reporting platforms.
Ensure AI quality, reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Build and scale teams of software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, and analysts.
Define technology strategy, organizational design, hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
14+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Science, or related fields.
7+ years of people management experience.
2+ years managing managers or multiple teams.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, analytics, or data-driven products.
Strong expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and BI solutions.
Hands-on experience with database technologies, ETL/ELT pipelines, and large-scale data platforms.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Conversational AI and Agentic Analytics.
Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and MLOps.
Proficiency in Python, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, and Power BI.
Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and observability.
Education
Typically requires a minimum of 14+ years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
