Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant/Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting in the day-to-day management of corporate real estate projects across the Belgium region. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initial strategy and planning through design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

Support Project Managers in the successful delivery of multiple concurrent commercial real estate projects.
Coordinating day-to-day project activities and contractor operations.
Monitor project progress against programme, identifying and escalating risks, issues and potential delays.
Assist with project reporting, documentation, programme updates and performance tracking.
Support the identification and management of project changes, Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
Build positive working relationships with clients, contractors, designers and the wider project team.
Commercial: Supporting fee, budget, forecasting, invoicing, variations, change orders and commercial reporting.
Keeping projects moving: Coordinating resources, schedules, deliverables and project information across multiple teams.
Working with clients: Building strong relationships and communicating clearly on project, programme and commercial matters.
Managing risk: Identifying potential issues early and helping teams resolve them before they become problems.
Degree in a relevant field, i.e., construction, engineering, architecture.
Fluent in English is a must with Dutch and French being desired
