Job Summary
Enerkraft Venture Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Engineer – Electrical to manage and supervise electrical distribution works, including 11 kV feeders, HT cables, LT lines, poles and distribution transformers. The role involves site execution, contractor coordination, material management, quality control and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise execution of 11 kV feeder, reconductoring, HT cable, LT line and transformer installation works.
* Manage route surveys, pole erection, cable laying, trenching, jointing, termination, testing and commissioning.
* Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and utility standards.
* Prepare daily and weekly work plans and monitor site progress.
* Coordinate with contractors, PSPCL/utility officials, stores and project teams.
* Plan material requirements and maintain accurate material reconciliation records.
* Monitor manpower, productivity, quality and timely completion of works.
* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
* Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, material records and other project documentation.
* Resolve site issues related to ROW, permits, cable routes, materials and execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
* 2–5 years of experience in Electrical Distribution, 11 kV, HT/LT, RDSS or utility projects.
* Practical knowledge of feeder erection, HT cable works, LT lines and distribution transformer installation.
* Experience in contractor coordination, material planning and reconciliation.
* Good communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and basic project documentation.
* Willingness to travel and work at project sites across Punjab.
