Backend Developer Trainee (Python)

Bincom Global Volunteer Programme provides an opportunity to gain practical Python development experience while contributing to software projects in a collaborative environment. You’ll work remotely alongside experienced developers, supporting real software projects while building your programming skills through practical development activities.
What you’ll do
As a Python Developer Trainee, you’ll contribute to real software development work while learning how professional engineering teams operate.
Your responsibilities will include:
Writing, testing, and debugging Python applications
Assisting in the development of backend systems and APIs
Working with databases and data structures
Participating in code reviews and team collaboration sessions
Using version control systems such as Git in a team environment
Learning modern software development workflows and best practices
