About the Role
We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and trend-conscious Graphic Designer to join our growing Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for creating impactful visual content that brings real-estate projects to life.
You will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to create compelling creatives for plotted developments, apartments, flats, residential projects, campaigns, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Design high-quality creative content for plotted developments, apartments, flats, residential projects, and real-estate campaigns.
* Develop brochures, flyers, presentations, social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, hoardings, project collaterals, and marketing materials.
* Create visually engaging content that communicates project features, USPs, amenities, location advantages, pricing, and investment propositions.
* Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into effective visual communication.
* Maintain consistent brand identity, design standards, and visual language across all communication.
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital tools, AI-powered design technologies, and creative innovations.
* Explore new tools and techniques to improve the quality, speed, and effectiveness of design output.
* Support the team with PowerPoint presentations and project presentations whenever required.
* Ensure all creatives are delivered within timelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and creativity.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Real Estate / Property Development industry.
* Prior experience designing creatives for plotted developments, apartments, flats, villas, or residential projects will be highly preferred.
* Strong proficiency in graphic design and commonly used design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
* Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, branding, visual hierarchy, and digital design.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to understand briefs, present creative concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
* Strong creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Awareness of current social media, digital marketing, AI, and visual communication trends.
