Graphic Designer – Illustrator

About the Role
Binated Inc. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Illustrator to join our Pune team. In this 100% on-site role, you will work directly with international clients, developing compelling visual assets, managing multiple projects, and translating briefs into stunning digital and print-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Creation: Design product mockups, presentation decks, layouts, and marketing materials.
Artwork Development: Create digital and print-ready artwork strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
Image Editing: Retouch, resize, and enhance images to meet professional standards.
Client Collaboration: Communicate directly with international and US-based clients to understand requirements, handle revisions, and incorporate feedback seamlessly.
Project Management: Juggle multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative quality and meeting tight deadlines.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Design Skills: Excellent grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design, with proven experience in product mockups and presentation decks.
Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable with client-facing responsibilities.
Work Arrangement: Willing to work 100% on-site in Pune (no work-from-home option available).
Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working night or rotational shifts aligned with US business hours.
Assessment & Joining: Must be willing to attend an on-site assessment round. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is mandatory.
