Our national clients are looking for a TechnologyOne / TechOne / Project Manager to work from their office in Melbourne on a permanent basis to work with everything related to T1.
A TechOne Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and management of TechOne systems within an organization. They lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure the TechOne system meets the company's needs.
Essentially, you will be the project leaders for TechOne implementations, ensuring the system is successfully deployed and integrated into the business.
Responsibilities of a TechOne Project Manager:
Project Planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for TechOne implementations.
Team Management: Creating and managing project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring team members are aligned with project goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicating project progress, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, department managers, and end-users.
Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential project risks and issues.
Budget Management: Ensuring that the TechOne project is delivered on time and within budget.
System Implementation: Overseeing the implementation and integration of the TechOne system, including data migration, system configuration, and user training.
Vendor Management: Working with team Team to select the right software, manage implementation timelines, and ensure the system meets the organization's requirements.
Quality Assurance: Testing the TechOne system to ensure it functions as expected and meets the organization's needs.
