Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Executive role based in Vadodara. The Information Technology Executive will oversee daily IT operations, including monitoring system performance, managing user access, and ensuring smooth functioning of hardware and software across the organization. The role involves responding to support requests, diagnosing technical issues, and coordinating timely resolutions to minimize downtime. The individual will manage network infrastructure, maintain security protocols, and assist in implementing IT policies and procedures. The Information Technology Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, document IT processes, and support ongoing technology improvements aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, with experience managing day-to-day IT environments.
Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve user and system issues effectively.
Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, including configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network devices and services.
Candidates should possess knowledge of system security, data backup and recovery practices, and basic server and workstation management.
Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and to document procedures and incidents.
Experience in an engineering or industrial environment and familiarity with ERP or business applications will be an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site in Vadodara.
