Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients, manage project schedules, track progress, and address risks or issues that may affect timelines. Daily responsibilities include preparing project documentation, monitoring resource allocation, conducting review meetings, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. The Project Manager will also collaborate with logistics, inspection, and expediting teams to keep project milestones aligned and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including Project Management, scheduling, and coordination.
Experience with expediting processes, including Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Knowledge of Inspection procedures and quality control to maintain project and compliance standards.
Logistics Management skills to coordinate movement of materials, resources, and equipment for project needs.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
