🧘♀️ Hiring: Clinic Manager 📍 Bangalore | Full-Time in-Clinic Role
We are looking for an experienced, multi-tasking Clinic Manager to be the heartbeat of our Ayurvedic clinic at Yuvrit Ayurveda - where ancient healing meets modern care.
Yuvrit is a fast growing company offering Authentic Ayurveda services to local communities. You will join a team of people who are passionate about creating a positive outcome to people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities -
📅 Patient Experience & Billing
Welcoming visitors warmly and ensuring a pleasant customer journey
Billing across consultations, therapies, and pharmacy sales
Manage calendars for consultation and therapies
📞 Sales, Leads & Follow-ups
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients - handle WhatsApp and phone queries to convert into consultations and therapies
Cross sell Wellness Membership packages
💊 Pharmacy & Admin
Manage daily operations and inventory of the in-house pharmacy
Place orders with central team for new items needed
🧑🤝🧑 Staff & Clinic Coordination
Supervise therapists, cleaners, and assistants for daily task completion
Ensure cleanliness, stock, and smooth functioning of all areas
Manage local vendors (linen, house-keeping, etc.)
🗣️ Languages: English (mandatory) and Kannada, Hindi & Malayalam (at least 1 of 3)
✅ What We’re Looking For
3 - 10 years of experience in clinic, wellness center, or retail store management
Strong communication, admin and coordination skills
Confident communicator with a calm, patient-first mindset
Basic comfort with digital tools (billing software, Excel, WhatsApp Business)
