MIS Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled MIS Executive with strong expertise in Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Looker Studio to manage business reporting, automate repetitive processes, and develop real-time dashboards.
The candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing business data, developing automated MIS systems, creating interactive dashboards, maintaining data accuracy, and providing actionable reports to management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated MIS reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
Build automation workflows using Google Apps Script to reduce manual reporting and data-entry work.
Create automated data collection, consolidation, validation, and reporting systems.
Develop interactive Looker Studio dashboards for management and various departments.
Connect Looker Studio with Google Sheets and other available data sources.
Create automated daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
Design KPI dashboards covering sales, operations, HR, finance, inventory, and other business functions.
Use Google Sheets formulas, Pivot Tables, QUERY, FILTER, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and other advanced functions.
Write and maintain Apps Script code for automated emails, notifications, data processing, report generation, and workflow automation.
Schedule automated reports and alerts for management and relevant teams.
Integrate data from multiple Google Sheets and other business data sources.
Clean, validate, organize, and maintain large datasets.
Identify data inconsistencies and ensure accuracy of MIS reports.
Develop customized reporting formats based on management requirements.
Maintain data structures, formulas, scripts, dashboards, and reporting documentation.
Work with different departments to understand reporting requirements and convert them into automated solutions.
Improve existing MIS processes and reduce manual intervention through automation.
Troubleshoot errors in Google Sheets, Apps Script, and Looker Studio dashboards.
Provide timely analytical reports and insights to support management decision-making.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Computer Applications, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, Business Analytics, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and Looker Studio.
Good understanding of data analysis and business reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently develop automated reporting systems.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate should be strong in Google Sheets, Apps Script, and Looker Studio, with a combination of MIS/reporting and technical automation skills. The person should be capable of understanding business requirements and independently converting manual reporting processes into automated dashboards and workflow
