THIS IS A LONG AND REMOTE CONTRACT FOR AN EXPERIENCED T1 PM
A TechOne Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, ensuring projects meet customer outcomes on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and final handover.
Governance & Control: Apply strong project governance to track and control scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate proactively with executive leadership, internal consultants, vendors, and customers to build trust and drive solution adoption.
Collaboration: Partner with functional consultants to design tailored solutions and coordinate cross-functional resources across the value chain.
Continuous Improvement: Foster positive team culture, mentor colleagues, and identify ways to enhance delivery processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Background in consulting, vendor environments, or internal enterprise software/ERP project delivery.
Skills: Highly organized with strong proficiency in scope, resource, and budget management.
Certifications: Industry credentials like PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile are highly advantageous.
Attributes: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities, with some travel required as needed.
