Design Internship

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Design Intern to join our design team for a 6-month internship. The intern will work on live projects across branding, marketing communication, packaging, digital creatives, and print collateral while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing packaging, brochures, catalogues, posters, leaflets, banners, standees, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop visual concepts and layouts based on creative briefs and campaign requirements.
• Adapt existing designs into different sizes, formats, and languages while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support the team with image editing, retouching, mock-ups, layout design, and artwork preparation.
• Follow established brand guidelines, typography, colour systems, and visual language across all communication.
• Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork for print and other marketing applications.
• Explore visual references, design trends, typography, and new creative approaches for ongoing projects.
• Maintain organised design files and ensure accuracy across multiple adaptations and deliverables.
Skills & Requirements:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic understanding of print and digital design requirements.
• Ability to understand a creative brief and translate it into effective visual communication.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects is mandatory when applying.
