Associate Product Manager

About the role
We're a digital agency building tech products and running marketing projects for clients. We're looking for an Associate Product Manager who can understand the business problem behind a client's request and translate it into the right functional solution, working closely with designers, developers, and QA to see it through to delivery.
What you'll do
Understand each client's business problem well enough to propose the right functional solution, not just relay what was literally asked for
Translate business requirements into clear, well-sequenced user stories
Make functional tradeoff calls (what's essential vs. what can wait) when scope or priorities are unclear
Confirm dependencies and screens exist before work is assigned, not after
Own execution in Zoho Projects: task tracking, sprint planning, status visibility
Communicate proactively with clients and the internal team, catching gaps before they cost time
What we're looking for
2 years of experience, ideally at a smaller tech company or agency, not a large-company rotational program
Demonstrated ability to think through a business problem and land on a functional solution, not just document what was asked
Comfortable owning delivery end to end across multiple concurrent client projects, rather than one long-term product roadmap
Clear, proactive written and verbal communication
Familiarity with Zoho Projects or similar tools a plus, not mandatory
