Assistant Quality Assurance Manager Company: UFLEX Limited Location: Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida, UP) Job Type: Full-Time | Experience Required: 8 - 12 Years
About the Role UFLEX Limited is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Quality Assurance leader to drive process excellence at our Gautam Buddha Nagar manufacturing facility. As the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, you will take full ownership of QA operations for our adhesives and inks lines, ensuring top-tier product quality from raw material intake through to finished goods release. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who excels at cross-functional leadership, stringent audit compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Process Quality Control: Manage comprehensive daily QA activities, including rigorous raw material testing, critical in-process checks (specifically focusing on emulsion and esterification reactions), and the final release of finished goods.
Defect Resolution & Complaint Handling: Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to adhesives and inks. Utilize advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools such as 5-Why and 8D to ensure the effective implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
IMS & Audit Compliance: Spearhead and maintain plant compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Lead internal and external audit readiness initiatives to consistently ensure zero major non-conformances (NC).
Team Leadership & Data Reporting: Train, mentor, and elevate QA/QC team members on advanced testing and process controls. Analyze ongoing quality trends and prepare detailed management reports designed to actively reduce batch deviations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain departments to swiftly resolve systemic quality issues and significantly improve first-time-right batch success rates.
