• Lead aftermarket technical support for heavy port-handling equipment, conducting on-site visits to strengthen product reliability and safety.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical failures, delivering structured root-cause analysis reports and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with production principals and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and eliminate stock outs on high-demand components.
• Led installation, commissioning, and warranty management of Reach Stackers and Forklifts (35T/45T) across southern-zone port facilities.
• Conducted warranty and out-of-warranty inspections at multi-site locations across India, diagnosing faults in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems and preparing detailed spare-parts quotations and technical reports.
• Executed end-to-end commissioning lifecycle for Reach Stackers (45T) and Forklifts (12–35T).
• Provided technical support and performed machine diagnostics — including ASU, powertrain, and load calibrations — and hydraulic parameter modifications using DANA BPE Terminals, Parker IQAN, and Murphy Controllers.
• Conducted Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) per PTS specifications with zero non-conformance escapes.
• Resolved on-site electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults, and provided after-sales application support.
• Implemented preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and safety.
• Troubleshot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on-site to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
