Intern to join our IT Support team in Katowice and provide day-to-day helpdesk support.
What you’ll get to do
Onsite support for internal users
Provide account/access support for highly available systems
Preparation of equipment for users and returned by users - wiping disks, system and software installation
Update and modify the internal hardware database
Contact with users and handed over of equipment to them
Maintain internal documentation
What you should have
Basic knowledge of Windows or MacOS
Basic knowledge of network protocols
Overall knowledge about IT and technology
Willingness to learn and upskill in innovative technologies
Analytical skills
Team player and problem-solving attitude
Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English (at least B2)
Availability: at least 24 hours per week, working on-site at our Katowice office.
Bonus points if you have
Experience with a ticketing system

Salary depending on presented skills 33 - 36 PLN gross per hour (Civil Law Agreement/mandate contract)
