About the Opportunity:
The CONTRACT SPECIALIST, CLOUD INTEGRATIONS is responsible for managing customer-facing contract and order documentation related to cloud services and migrations. This role ensures accurate processing, coordination among internal and external teams, and contributes to a positive customer experience by maintaining precise records and resolving transactional and process issues under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage customer contracts, orders, and related documentation for cloud services and migrations.
Validate scope, pricing, terms, and customer requirements for accuracy across a high volume of transactions.
Maintain accurate records in operational tools such as Salesforce and ticketing systems.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, sales, legal, finance, products, customers, and vendors to support service delivery and migrations.
Identify and help resolve quoting, system, and process issues; escalate as needed and track resolutions.
Obtain approvals, manage contract signatures via DocuSign, and notify relevant departments of executed agreements and changes.
Partner with sales teams to ensure accurate opportunity values and support sales cycle processes.
Validate opportunity and revenue data, assist with reconciliations, invoice or credit requests, and update deployment statuses.
Track customer commitments, migration milestones, risks, and escalations; provide status updates to stakeholders.
Adhere to organizational ethics, data handling policies, and compliance training.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, service operations, or related roles.
Understanding of quote-to-order and contract processing workflows, including complex transactions.
Experience with CRM and operational systems; proficiency with Salesforce and ServiceNow preferred.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, managed services, customer migrations; proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
Familiarity with BaaS, IaaS, DRaaS, virtualization, connectivity services, and DocuSign preferred.
ITIL Foundation or similar service management certification preferred.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
