Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented UK IT Recruiter with 5-6 years of experience in UK staffing and recruitment. The candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, understanding of UK recruitment processes, and familiarity with various job portals and sourcing techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for UK IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salary/rates and manage offer process.
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors.
Required Skills
Experience in UK IT Recruitment
Strong understanding of UK job market & hiring practices
Hands-on experience with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, CV-Library)
Knowledge of IT roles & technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, etc.)
Experience in sourcing & screening candidates
Good understanding of UK time zones & communication
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is an added advantage.
