Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Indore. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including creating and modifying Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components. Daily responsibilities include configuring Salesforce, implementing business logic, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves collaborating with administrators, business stakeholders, and other developers to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. The developer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and ongoing optimization of existing Salesforce functionality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Salesforce.com Development skills, including experience with Apex, SOQL, and related development tools.
Candidates should possess expertise in Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components for building custom user interfaces.
Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration capabilities, including configuration, user management, and security settings.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of core Salesforce.com platform features, data model, and best practices.
Relevant skills such as REST/SOAP API integration, version control (e.g., Git), and test-driven development are beneficial.
A Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Indore.
