Role Description
Prepare and monitor 3-month material indents in coordination with Central Planning.
Create and manage POs & FPOs and schedule raw materials as per production requirements.
Develop and monitor production & FG dispatch plans to meet business demand.
Monitor inventory, material expiry, shortages and vendor capacity.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Finance, Warehouse & Vendors.
Manage SAP transactions, BOM updates, GRN/SRN, material codes and BOM switches.
Monitor daily KPIs and weekly cost files; support cost optimization.
Coordinate quality documentation, COA, batch corrections and compliance requirements.
Support New Product Development (NPD) through sample procurement, cost booking and launch coordination.
Drive timely resolution of material shortages, bottlenecks and operational issues.

Qualifications
Graduate in Supply Chain / Production / Food Technology / Engineering.
1–2 years of relevant experience in seasoning, food manufacturing, production planning or supply chain.
SAP & MS Excel proficiency is mandatory.
Experience in food manufacturing/seasoning operations will be preferred.
