Are you passionate about student engagement, counselling, and admissions? Do you enjoy guiding students in making the right academic and career decisions?
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programmes and career opportunities
• Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions
• Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey
• Achieve admission targets and contribute to institutional growth
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
• Coordinate with the academic, marketing, and admission teams
👤 What We’re Looking For
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong counselling and convincing abilities
✔ Target-oriented and proactive approach
✔ Ability to build rapport with students and parents
✔ Prior experience in admissions, education counselling, or sales will be an advantage
📍 Location: Greater Noida
💼 Experience: Fresher/Experienced
🎓 Qualification: MBA/Any Graduation
