As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves engaging with learners to enhance their technology capabilities and ensure their skills remain aligned with current industry demands. The role includes delivering comprehensive foundational training sessions that cover various aspects of technology, professional growth, and industry knowledge. Additionally, the Technology Educator collaborates in developing course materials and assessment tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of educational content. This position plays a vital role in fostering a learning environment that supports skill enhancement and career advancement for technology professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and refine training materials to reflect the latest technological advancements.
Assist junior professionals by providing guidance and support in their learning journey.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
SAP HANA & SAP S/4HANA Administration
SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
SAP Cloud ALM
Additional SAP technical administration experience would be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
Experience in managing database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting SAP systems.
Familiarity with system upgrades, patch management, and transport management in SAP landscapes.
Ability to monitor system health and ensure high availability and security of SAP infrastructure.
Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams to support technical training and knowledge transfer.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
