Application Support Analys

Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Application Support Analyst role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility for work from home. The Application Support Analyst will provide functional and technical support for ERP-related applications, responding to user inquiries, incidents, and service requests. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting application issues, documenting solutions, and escalating complex problems to senior team members or vendors when necessary. The role also involves monitoring application performance, assisting with configuration changes, supporting user training, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes. Collaboration with trainers, consultants, and end users is essential to ensure reliable application use and a positive user experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Application Support and Technical Support skills for ERP and related business applications.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting skills to investigate, diagnose, and resolve user issues.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with end users, trainers, and technical teams.
Familiarity with ERP systems or business management applications is highly beneficial.
Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple support requests.
Experience with ticketing or helpdesk tools and basic understanding of databases or system configurations is an advantage.
