QA Team Lead – Mobile Automation

We are looking for an experienced QA Manual & Automation Lead with strong experience in testing Android and iOS mobile applications. The candidate will lead QA activities, develop automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor QA engineers across manual and automation testing.
Define QA strategy, test plans, estimates, and release readiness.
Develop and maintain mobile UI automation using Java, TestNG, and Appium.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and E2E testing.
Develop API automation using REST Assured.
Test mobile applications across Android and iOS devices, emulators, and simulators.
Identify, track, and manage defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
Integrate automation suites with Jenkins/CI-CD pipelines.
Maintain automation code using Git and follow code review practices.
Collaborate with Development, Product, DevOps, and other teams.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Mobile Application Testing – Android & iOS.
Hands-on experience with Appium and Java.
Strong knowledge of TestNG and automation framework development.
Experience with REST Assured and API automation.
Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins.
Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, and authentication.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
