Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Handle both Lead Generation and D2C/E-commerce campaigns.
Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversions.
Plan campaign structures, audiences, budgets and scaling strategies.
Conduct creative, audience, offer and campaign structure testing.
Build and optimize retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities.
Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API, events and UTMs.
Work closely with creative and landing page teams to improve performance.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Take ownership of campaign performance across assigned accounts.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
Agency experience is mandatory.
Experience managing Lead Generation + D2C/E-commerce clients.
Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversion API and tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing meaningful monthly ad budgets.
Ability to take ownership of campaign performance.
