Senior Creative Designer

We are currently looking for an ambitious and professional Senior Creative Designer to join Invest Lithuania’s marketing team.
What will you be doing?
Design and produce marketing materials across digital and physical formats — from leaflets and publications to campaign assets, event materials and landing pages.
Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and communication initiatives.
Help evolve Invest Lithuania’s visual identity and ensure strong, consistent brand application across channels.
Design user-facing digital experiences with solid UX and information hierarchy principles, using AI and modern creative tools as part of the everyday workflow.
What do we expect from you?
A university degree, preferably in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, business, economics, or another relevant field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or creative design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution.
Strong command of core design principles, including typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery, and brand application.
Proficiency with professional design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant creative software.
Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into high-quality visual solutions across digital and physical formats.
Good understanding of digital and UX design principles.
Confidence using generative AI and emerging creative tools as part of the design process.
Great English and Lithuanian communication skills.

Gross salary from 2800 to 3800 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
