Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Vadodara, Gujarat India, with the flexibility for some work from home. As a Technical Service Manager, you will oversee technical support operations, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues across our product range like Online Fiber optic system, Online Dissolved gas analyzer and online Bushing monitoring system. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing service delivery, providing technical training to internal teams and clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of service requests. You will also support the enhancement of our service strategies and contribute to maintaining the high standards of our solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Services, including knowledge of electrical asset monitoring systems and energy sector technologies.
Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and prevent technical issues effectively.
Experience into Online Condition Monitoring Products, such as online Dissolved Gas Analyzer, Online Bushing Monitoring, Online Fiber optic temperature monitoring system etc
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and provide comprehensive support.
Capability to deliver Training sessions to internal teams and end-users, ensuring an understanding of technical systems and processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced technical certifications are advantageous.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Experience in the energy sector, particularly with electrical substations, is highly beneficial.
Experience in online monitoring system installation and commissioning
70-80% travel may required in various India and abroad sites
Experience : At least 5-10 years experience in similar field
Salary : Not a bar for the right candidate in case found suitable.
