Role Description The Structural Engineer (Intern) will support the engineering team in performing structural calculations, assisting with structural analysis, and contributing to the design and review of civil and mechanical structures. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating CAD drawings, supporting simulation and modeling activities, documenting technical findings, and collaborating with senior engineers on project deliverables. The intern will participate in project meetings, help ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, and contribute to reports and presentations. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Ability to perform engineering Calculations and support Structural Analysis tasks.
Foundational knowledge in Structural Engineering and Mechanical principals.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for drafting and modeling such as Solidworks, Ansys etc.
Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or related Engineering discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.
Familiarity with relevant design codes, standards, and basic structural software is an advantage.
The duration of the internship will be for 6 months and since there is training involved will be priced at Rs. 2000 per month.
