Our portfolio includes biofertilizers, biopesticides, biostimulants, micronutrients, organic-enriched fertilizers and soil health solutions for sustainable agriculture.
As part of our expansion in the Brazilian agricultural market, we are looking for an experienced Agronomist – Technical & Business Development to support our technical and commercial activities
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and agronomic support for BioMantra products in Brazil.
Develop relationships with farmers, cooperatives, distributors, dealers, consultants and agricultural businesses.
Support field trials, product demonstrations and technical evaluations.
Conduct product presentations, technical training and field demonstrations.
Collect market and field feedback and communicate insights to the BioMantra team.
Identify opportunities for bioinputs, fertilizers, biopesticides, biostimulants and micronutrients.
Support product positioning according to Brazilian crop and regional requirements.
Participate in customer meetings, agricultural events, exhibitions and field visits.
Support technical documentation, product presentations and market development activities.
Coordinate with BioMantra's international and technical teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences or a related field.
Experience in agricultural inputs, fertilizers, bioinputs, biopesticides, biostimulants, plant nutrition or crop protection.
Good understanding of Brazilian agriculture and major crops.
Experience in field trials, technical sales, agronomic consulting or market development is an advantage.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work with farmers, distributors, cooperatives and technical teams.
Willingness to travel within Brazil.
Fluent Portuguese is required; English is an advantage.
Self-motivated, independent and commercially oriented.
