Job Title: Delivery Module Lead Location: Mph-Infinity Park, Mumbai, IN
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Module Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of software projects with a strong emphasis on Java MicroServices Development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of delivery management processes and methodologies, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive teams towards successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of software delivery projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, while maintaining a focus on quality and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Utilize strong Java MicroServices Development knowledge to guide technical discussions and decisions.
Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise.
Implement best practices in delivery management and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in Java MicroServices Development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
Proven experience in delivery management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of DevOps practices and principles.
Experience in working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in project management or Agile methodologies are a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage software delivery projects successfully.
