Bring 2+ years of experience in software development
Have solid hands-on experience with Python development and software engineering best practices
Have hands-on experience working with SQL and relational databases
Have experience developing and supporting web applications
Hold an IT-related university degree or equivalent education, or are currently studying in a relevant field
Understand core software development principles and have basic knowledge of Agile methodologies
Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills
Communicate effectively in spoken and written English
Are motivated, curious, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating with others
