AI Developer – Job Description
We are looking for an AI/ML Developer with 3–5 years of experience to design and deploy custom machine learning models across various projects. The ideal candidate should have:
1. Strong knowledge of Python and popular ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
2. Experience in building classification, regression, clustering, NLP, or time-series models based on project needs
3. Ability to analyze datasets, perform feature engineering, and select appropriate algorithms
4. Experience with model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and cross-validation techniques
5. Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrating models into production APIs
6. Good understanding of data preprocessing, dimensionality reduction, and model optimization
7. Exposure to cloud ML platforms like AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML is a plus
8. Strong communication skills to collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams
9. Flexibility to adapt and build custom ML solutions for different business problems.
